I am trying to install these files in 2016 Excel in the XLSTART folder I am having trouble Finding the folder

XLSTART is inside a hidden folder.
Type the following in the address bar of File Explorer, then press Enter:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
That should take you to the XLSTART folder.
