problem with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications in Excel 2019

I have a problem with the code editor (Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications) for Microsoft Excel (I am using Microsoft Excel 2019 & Windows 10 PRO. Operating system):
1 - When I open the code editor for any project, the name of the project, which is in Arabic, appears in an incomprehensible way (Rubbish).
2 - I cannot to make the order of the columns in the list box from right to left since the project I am working on is in Arabic
