You can search for the color which is applied to followed hyperlinks, I guess. I don't think there is a better way to do this.

I have a large Word 2007 document containing hyperlinks to bookmarks in the same document. Occasionally, after activating some of the hyperlinks (ctrl+click) in succession, I want to go back and view just the hyperlinks that have been activated (that is, the followed hyperlinks). I can’t get “Find and Replace” to work, and I’ve tried any number of things, including:
1. Find what: (leave blank), and Format → Font color (of followed hyperlink style, which is
distinct from font color of hyperlink style)
This doesn’t work at all.
2. Find what: (leave blank), and Format → Style → Followed hyperlink
This doesn’t work at all.
3. Find what: (leave blank), and Format → Style → Hyperlink
This takes me to all hyperlinks, not just the ones that have been activated
4. Find what: (leave blank), and Format → Font color (of hyperlink style)
This takes me to all hyperlinks, including the ones that have been activated (even though there are 2
distinct font colors, one for hyperlink and another for followed hyperlink)
5. Find what: → ^d (with field codes revealed, via alt + F9)
This takes me to all hyperlinks, not just the ones that have been activated
Any ideas?
