Power Query Relationships

I am using Excel 2013 64 bit...  I am trying to build a relationship in Power Query.  I have setup the relationship on the diagram view and have not received errors.  I am trying to link 2 tables.

The problem occurs when I go to the pivot table.  I immediately get a box on the field list that says create a relaitionship.  When I try to bring fields into the pivot table from both tables, the values repeat across my field selection.

I try to create relationships again through the relationship window and get an error saying one of the tables has duplicate fields.  I have gone back into Power Query and run both TRIM and CLEAN on the data field I am trying to link and still get the same error...  I have downloaded the data in the field and do not see any duplicates.  I even exported the data to excel and ran duplicate fields and did not find any.  The fields that are being linked between tables are named the same and are the same type with the same length.

What else am I missing?

    Hi,

Relationships are created in PowerPivot, not Power Query.  Upload the workbook to OneDrive and share the download link here.  Please explain clearly where the problem is.
