cubeset filter

Question

I am using a cubeset function to pull through the list of employee numbers from a powerPivot dataset

=cubeset("powerPivot Data","[accBase].[accName].children","(emp No)",3)

I would like to pull this data for a filtered dataset i.e. one region where there is a region flag in the dataset. Can I add a filter to the cubeset function?

I am struggling with another issue. What function can I use to look up an emp name in an emp dataset by passing over the emp number
