I have recently downloaded and began to use Office 2016. I am preparing a power point document. But as usual ı add animations, but they do not work. When I start the power point presentation, the presantion stops on the first slide with animation and does not go further. Also when preparing the document, it can not play the added animations on the right hand side, in the animation part.

Animations are working here, so it's more likely that your installation requires some repair. Please give these steps a try:

    1. In Windows, search for Control Panel, then select it.
    2. Choose Programs, then Programs and Features.
    3. Right-click on Microsoft Office 2016 and choose Change
    4. Select Online Repair, then click on the Repair button.
    5. Allow the process to complete, restart Windows and test PowerPoint to see if the animations function normally.
