AAD connect Task Scheduler missing

Hi,

I have installed (and reinstalled to test) the latest version of Azure AD connect tool.

There is no task in Task Scheduler for sync.

Is there something I can do to get the connector to create this?

If not, can you please assist with instructions for creating this manually?

Thanks,

Hello Vincent

do not follow what Johnny said

the new version (1.1.105.0) has changed the way to enable/manage the schedule and the way to manually start the sync

    Hi VincentHuynh9271,

Since it cannot be resolved by manually creating Task Scheduler, I suggest you post the issue to our Azure forum for further assistance as they are in charge of this kind of issue. Thanks for your understanding.

thanks benoit, that article is very helpful (i'm now following it!!)- please keep it up! as i'm also losing faith in the support from office 365 microsoft team..

i ran the command and it came back with nothing - so i'm assuming it's all good? after i run get-adsyncscheduler, i get a lot of red text (i'm not powershell expert)

    hi vincenthuynh9271,

based on my test, you can try to create a new task to get synced. please refer to the following screenshots to manually create a task to see if it works.
