I have tried to  installed Office 2013 and they keep asking me for my email  password  that I used while doing it.  Since I can't remember what I used, I have renewed a new password for  Microsoft.com and that hasn't helped.

I didn't keep my code/key....Iike  I should of.  (It is **** getting older in my late 70's).

Please help me in telling me what I should do.

Yes, I know I did, BUT I tried to use that account and it didn't work!  So I asked to make a new password to my MS account, since it would not accept that the one that I used.  I now can get into MS, but not the MS Office 2013 that I signed up on line and it installed and now wants the original password which I don't remember......I have so many different password, have them written down, but it still doesn't help me out.  I wondered if MS would somehow

activate my Office  account for me or send me my code again.

When you purchase and install MS Office during the process you create an MS Account, and you log in to this account to reinstall
