Windows Update has repeatedly tried and failed to install KB3054793, KB3114358, and KB3114364 for InfoPath, Office 2013, and OneDrive for Business, with error code 0x80070664 for all three updates. Any resolution?

First make sure that you have updated Office so that it has SP1>File>Account>Office updates>Update now.

Microsoft may be attempting install the wrong version, i.e. that is 64-bit rather than  32-bit

See update: KB3054793  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3054793

KB3114358 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114358

KB3114364 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114364  (Be aware that the update at the Microsoft Download Center applies to the Microsoft Installer (.msi)-based edition of Office 2013. It doesn't apply to the Office 2013 Click-to-Run editions, such as Microsoft Office 365 Home. (How to determine?))

Ron, I think I found the source issues; I had the CTR version of Office 2013 installed and the MSI version of Visio 2013. Thanks for your input!

Thanks for the advice Ron. The troubleshooter noted that my IE temp location has been changed from default, but cannot fix it itself, and I doubt that this is the issue, as other updates have been installing just fine. That was the only issue the troubleshooter found.
