Excel (Mac) 2016 - Text Data Import issue

Just downloaded the new 2016 version of Excel and have come to do one of my regular tasks which is to import a .cvs file in to Excel.

The sheet has approx 20 coloums and 2 of them I need to set to "Text" in the import process.

In step 3 of the process where this is done, I can no longer scroll right to access all the columns, thus can't set them to "Text" as only the first 4 or 5 are accessible

Am i missing something obvious or have they forgotten to include the scroll option?

You can [probably] thank Apple for this one :-) For some reason they've decided that it's appropriate for the OS to assume control of & standardize Scroll Bar behavior across all programs. If you go to System Preferences> General you'll probably see that Show Scroll Bars is set for When scrolling. Select one of the 2 other options.

For the benefit of others dealing with is I am posting a Screenshot show where the setting is located I too, recommend setting to always.

This solved the problem, but only setting the option to Always worked.
