OneNote 2016 Partial Sync

..................

I have OneNote 2016 on a Windows 7 PRO machine.

It is correctly syncing out, I can see all Notes from the web interface.

I can also fully sync to my iPhone 6 Plus.

I cannot fully sync to my Windows 10 Pro machine and my MacBook Pro with El Capitan 10.11.

Both machines get about half way then fail leaving Untitled Page place holders.

Both machines are also running OneNote 2016.

I have tried different networks and all solutions provided by Microsoft Support (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Fix-issues-when-you-can-t-sync-OneNote-299495ef-66d1-448f-90c1-b785a6968d45?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US)

I have also uninstalled the entire Office suite from both machines and reinstalled.

Looking for a solution to fully sync.
