Hi! It seems that the problem occurs if you upgraded from Office 2013 to 2016. To fix the problem : sign out from Office by clicking you name on the top right corner (switch account - sign out). Then close all office apps and reboot the computer. After the reboot, open any office app and sign in again and the problem should be fixed.
