Problem adding comments to Power Point 2013

Recently, I switched to PPT 2013, and I have noted that whenever I try to add a comment, I get the error message "we're sorry something went wrong that might make powerpoint unstable."  I have tried the "OFFCAT" tool, which suggested disabling the Bluetooth function (although I have no idea why that would interfere) but I still get the same message, and cannot enter comments, which is quite annoying.  I note that I can edit comments I make using the work version of PPT (2010), when I open that file using my PPT 2013 software.  Any suggestions out there?

Thanks in advance.

    Hello Vardhaman,

I tried the link you provided, and it did not help.  I also tried setting the properties to reflect systems admin access, and got the same result.  Finally, I tried starting a new PPT presentation, and am unable to enter comments into that, as I get the same error message.  I notied that a solution was shown when I scanned PPT using the OFFCAT utility from Microsoft, and it indicates a conflict with Bluetooth.  I am very reluctant to tinker with registry settings, and hope you have more ideas why this is still a problem.  Regards,

    Scott
