Hello,
in Excel 365, it is creating normal charts. OK
But when I move the chart to its own sheet, the chart gets ridiculous small, and misconfigured, as showed below.

Hello,
check your default printer and check the page settings for page size and margins. The chart sheet depends a lot on the paper and printer settings.
