Problems installing MS Office 2007 on new Windows 10 computer.

I recently purchased a new computer and am attempting to install MS Office Home and Student 2007 with no luck. It was installed on my old system with no issues however I had installed it on that one prior to upgrading that system to windows 10. Now that I am trying to put it on a new system that came with windows 10, I am having issues.

The program will likely install fine if I can sort out the issue with the interface window. When the window comes up it is far too small and only shows about 1/3 of the text. None of the buttons are shown and there is no ability to scroll down to click the "I accept the terms" check box etc...

I have tried adjusting my display settings (resolution, text size etc...) but no matter what settings I use the window always comes up the same way. I have also tried downloading the .exe file from the Microsoft.com site instead of installing straight from the CD but that resulted in the same issue.

I am out of ideas on how to resolve this issue and am hoping someone out there has figured it out because I would rather not have to go out and buy a new version.

When I try to install Office 2007 on my new PC which has Windows 10, a box appears "configuring Office 2007".  I've waited an hour and still have that box on the screen.   I've tried installing multiple times and the same thing happens.

You could also try adjusting the scaling of your display, you will probably have to reduce it if you are using a high resolution screen.  Exactly how to get there is tricky, depending on your video system.

I have a similar problem here. The new computer came with Windows 10 and installing Office 2007 is impossible. The Install program window does not even show up.
