    Hi Hanihass,

May I confirm whether the drafts were not migrated from you side when perform IMAP migration?

As if so, we may need to help your troubleshoot the issue.

    1. Are all users’ drafts affected or just a part of them?
    2. Is the migration batch statue syncing or synced?
    3. For affected users, are all items or part of items in the Draft folder not migrated?
    4. Besides the Drafts folder, are other folder folders affected?
    5. Let us know whether there are large quantities of drafts affected.

Because if there’re a few, we just suggest manually copy and paste them to their mailboxes respectively since all other data are migrated.

    Regards,

    Brook

    Hi Hanihass,

To migrate from Google to Office 365, usually we suggest customers use IMAP Migration, which email items are covered, including Drafts.

May I confirm whether you user IMAP Migration or other methods? If IMAP Migration, are the drafts not migrated?

    Thanks,

    Brook
