OneNoteBackupConstructionFile

What is a OneNoteBackupConstructionFile? A couple of weeks ago, my Medical Notes Section contents disappeared from my main OneNote notebook file. Fortunately, I was able to copy these items from one of the DeletedPages file and I was happy then.  I have taken the liberty to backup all of my Notebook folders and recycle bins. I made a procedure to backup these folders and files to a network share (a dedicated partition) on my 2008 Enterprise Server every Saturday of the week.

BTW, I use Office 2013 -Home/Business Edition and I don't save this big notebook file on my OneDrive. I do however, save 2 other notebooks to my OneDrive that I access wherever I am and use my Windows phone to access these important notes.

I love using OneNote - it is a lifesaver and in the future, I just want to avoid all the undiscovered discrepancies that may or may not occur.  I am a learner and learn things by my own experience. I googled the file type but I could not find a match at all. Would some please elaborate on it? Much Thanks, Pat-Keone.

You didn't tell us where you found this file, or is it a file type ?

    More details, please.
