When I transferred my files from Vista to Windows 10 it did not transfer Microsoft Excel.  How can I get it to transfer or is there a download I can go to?

Exactly how did you "transfer" your files from Vista to Win10?

I am guessing you mean you bought a new computer.  If you installed Windows 10 on a Vista computer it would only be a "clean" install, which would have wiped out ALL of your personal files.

Simply transferring your DOCX and XLSX (and etc) files does not mean you will be able to edit them.  You have to install and activate Office on the new machine.
