Context sensitive help

I am using Excel 2013.

When I mouse over a function in a formula and click F1 I expect the help page for that function to pop up. Instead, what happens for me is the help opens but I have to then type the name of the function into the search box to get the help page.

Is there something wrong with my system, or have Microsoft removed this feature?

That feature has been removed (at least in 2013. No knowledge of previous versions). Gone are the days of a good help documentation. Worst is VBA help. Now, there is no offline VBA help. Help in VBA takes you to MS VBA site for the help.

But if you are using Formulas > Insert Function, then you get access to that function's help.

Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.

I am disappointed this useful feature is no longer available. It really feels like a backwards step.
