Centering Graphics

Trying to center a graphic in the background behind the Title.  HOW?

SWAY is definitely intuitive and videos are very well presented.  Neither is an adequate substitute for a User Manual.

How do I do it?  How do I get a User Manual?

tks,

don

Hi Don,

In Sway you can't directly control the placement of content.  There are multiple reasons for that, but one of the primary ones is that Sways lays your content optimally for the device it is being viewed on.  We want your Sway to look good on the largest desktop that it is viewed on down to the smallest phone and it would be asking too much to have you specify where you want your content placed in every possible layout.

With that said, you can specify the order, emphasis, and grouping of the content to get the look you want.  Another feature that may be useful to you is focus points on an image which allows you to specify which part of an image is most important; using this feature, you may be able to get your image to generally be positioned the way you want.

If you want to post a screenshot of the layout you're getting now and explain what you'd like it to look like instead, I may be able to advise you of specifically what to do.

Hope this helps!

Jason

Not the answer I prefer but a very comprehensive and helpful response that makes it easier to plan ahead.

Jason, is there a User Manual that I can download and read.  Seems that it is especially important with Sway to understand the ground rules.

    Thanks!
