Postal code error when sign up with student account

Question

I got this error when sign up Azure account with my edu mail, I definitely sure about my address Zip code. Anyone knows what's going on and how can I fix this problem, please tell me.

Otherwise you will have to create a support request to Microsoft:

May be the zip code is not matching with the place/country you've provided in the form. Try with zip code 71210. Sometimes it could be a browser issue. You may try on a different browser or on a different machine as mentioned in the troubleshooting guide here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/troubleshoot-azure-sign-up. If it fails, you may reach out to Microsoft Azure Subscription management team for further assistance.
