Hi guys,

I just got a dell laptop with a Windows 10 OS. Apart from that, I also bought a Windows Office package as I need excel for school to do data analysis. I tried installing solver but no success.

What I did:

>File

>Options

>Add-ins

>Solver

>Manage: Excel Add-ins > Go

checked solver

But I keep on getting this error message:

Microsoft Excel cannot access the file

"c:\program files (x86)\office\root\office16\library\solver\solver.xlam"

Please help!

Thanks,

QChris
