Spinner button doesn't react - developer tab

I am working a lot with spinner buttons combined with choose function in order to conduct sensitivities or choose different scenarios. 

Since the last update of Excel for mac 2016, none of my spinner buttons work in any of my files, as well when I try to add them from scratch again, it just doesn't respond at all when trying to click on it. 

Anyone has similar issue? what can be done in order to solve it??

They now work in 15.18. make sure you are fully up to date.

    None of the forms controls will work since the last update. There is no fix or work around. The only options are to revert back to Excel 2011, or wait to see if a future update will fix it.
