I keep getting this box open up when I either try to open a spreadsheet by double clicking it or it will appear randomly whilst I am in Excel and not doing anything. It is happening in Excel 2013 and it's very frustrating. Anyone have any idea as to what is causing it and how to prevent it/remove it.
