Thank you for your reply. I apologies for delay in response.
I suggest you to verify the installation details in My account page and verify if it shows the correct installed PC details. To verify please click on
https://stores.office.com/myaccount/home.aspx, now click on Install and check the name of the PC to verify
if they are correct.
Once done, please follow the below mentioned steps and check if it works.
- On your My Account page, choose Share Office 365.
- In the Share your subscription benefits section, under the person’s name (your daughter), choose
Manage.
- In the dialog box, do one of the following:
To send the invitation again, choose Email >
Resend Invitation.
Now uninstall (this link) the Office application trace from the user’s PC (your daughter) and try installing the Office using the invitation link from email.
