Hi,

We are trying to migrate a 12GB mailbox to Exchange Online but we are getting “Completion Failed” status error. We were able to move bigger mailboxes earlier and we can still migrate smaller mailboxes. We have Exchange 2010 environment.

Hello everyone,

I got the feedback from our backend team. The problem should be fixed.   Can you double check with migration batch?   Feel free to let me know if you have any feedback.

Best Regards,

Neo Zhu

I am having the same issue as stated here, is it due to the Large mailbox size threshold config value = 10737418240?

The mailbox that Anna stated here is "Primary mailbox size = 11386393733" which is just over the 10 Gb value for the threshold value.

As Anna I was able to migrate mailbox's larger than this a couple of weeks ago but not now.

    Hi Anna,

To narrow down the issue, I’d like to collect some information:

    1. Which migration do you use?

    2. Can you use PowerShell to get some results for our analysis?

    Get-MigrationBatch -identity <name of the migration batch> |fl *status*

Get-MigrationUserStatistics -Identity “user’s email address” -IncludeReport | FL

    Get-MigrationStatistics | fl

To protect your privacy, I have sent you a private message to collect them. Please click on the link below to access to your Private Message:
