Excel print page setup

I would like to print with the headers repeated on each page but the function is disabled as highlighted in the image attached.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    Have you got the worksheet protected and "Select locked cells" and "Select unlocked cells" was unchecked when the protection was set?

    Also have you got a valid printer selected? Select File -> Print and see if you can select a printer.

    What about the options on the other Page Setup tabs? Can you set anything on them?

    I would prefer to have the header repeated on the next pages automatically instead of setting up manually such as link before printing.Is there any differences on the setting/features for retail office products and purchased business premium products(Office365)?

    This is disabled because you are seeing it at the time of Print Preview.

    Instead you will be able to find it enabled if you go to Page Layout Tab and then clicking Page Setup shown as circled with red pencil in my screen  shot.

    You will also see the difference inside the popup in yours (only one tab) and mine (three tabs) which I have highlighted with red circle.

    Why is the function disabled on the page setup(Print preview)?I supposed we can edit on the print preview page setup.

    That's the way it has been designed and I believe its to control any change by a new user whose primary work is printing a document.
