'Please enter your credentials'

Dropbox is sooooo easy to use.  OneDrive for Business is fricken impossible....  I'm try to setup and sync for the first time.  I get this error, 'Please enter your credentials'.  It would be really helpful if it would tell me WHERE TO ENTER MY CREDENTIALS.....  I'm logged into my account in the browser.  There is no place to enter credential by right clicking on the icon in the system tray... What.... The only thing Repair does is create more of the same error messages.

This is crazy.... I want to use Microsoft, but, honestly, everything I try to setup is like pulling teeth....  Error messages that mean nothing.  Status conditions that are not defined - as in, I search help for 'In the cloud' (the status of my account), and I get nothing!   What the flippen does 'In the Cloud' mean! This whole system is built by people who are not actually trying their product!

    Hi AdminTheFront

Can you please try adding the service One Drive for Business.

Open Word>Click on FIle>Account>Add a Service>And selec storage and then One Drive for business.

Please put in your office 365 Account credentials and then try to sync.

    Hope that works!
