I am trying and trying to install Office 365 on Windows 7. About 2/3 rds in it hangs with a message that it has been unable to install because of Error 30102-40 (1603). I have tried disabling virus checkers etc and tried a clean boot - but nothing works. Any thoughts please?

Once the new User account is created, sign out of old account, and sign-in to new User account to check if Office 365 installs as expected.

This is a waste of time. Of course it does not work. Office 2013 and 2016 are both a great advertisement for Mac products. They work when you take them out of the box and load them. No need to go searching for a fix for a piece of junk product.
