Date picker not working

Hi there,

I've added date picker in my Word2013 file and saved it in my company's share drive.

However when other people downloaded it they can't use the date picker function.

I've tried myself, and even after converting it over from the compatibility mode, 

the date picker still remain as a water mark saying "Click here to enter a date. "

please advise.
