Excel online : Missing features

Question

I have recently switched to the cloud and automatically use 'excel on line'--most functions ok but following problems, mean that I have switch to excel (not on line in cloud) to get the missing functionality

1-F2 edit function tells you the cells but does not highlight them

2-Copy/Paste function only allows a simple paste of cells with non of the special features like paste contents only

Appreciate any solution that does not involve the time delay of switching to Excel (not excel on line in cloud)

1. As mentioned in the following article F2 key edits the selected cell. To highlight a cell or cells, you must use Shift and Arrow keys.

2. Excel Online doesn't support all the features and functions that are found in Microsoft Excel. Paste Special feature is only available in Excel desktop program.
