I successfully  downloaded the office 365 a few months ago and it was working fine, recently when I  open word or excel, then I am asking to activate it, however after I hit the next  tab, then another message pops up informing error 0xC004B011 and the server determined that the computer clock is not correct, (WHICH IS ALREADY SET TO US/CANADA TIME) I am living in Toronto, so could someone advice me, I am paying monthly to Microsoft and my account is up-to-date.

Thanks

Ron

Hello Ron,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Office Community.

Click on Start and go to Settings>Time & Language>Date & Time and make sure that Set Time Automatically option is on. Also make sure that Adjust for day light saving time automatically is enabled.

Hope the above information helps. Try the suggestions and let me know the result at your earliest convenience.

Thank you.

Ron, did you resolve your problem?  An admin has ASSumed that you have since you have not replied recently.

I too am having date/time problems on my machine. I looked at the location the Vardhaman suggested, but it does not show a "Set Time Automatically" option!

Another example of Win 10 "Settings" not being finished yet, ahhh.

The setting he is referring to is in the old Control Panel:  Win X > Select Control Panel > Select Date & Time > Internet time tab to display this dialog where you can set internet sync:

My internet time sync is set, but the clock still wanders.

Take another look at your system clock.  Is the month correct?  I have to take my new computer back for servicing because the clock wanders weeks even a month ahead (yes it is connected to an internet time server).  The thing is, when the clock gets far enough out of sync with reality I can't even browse the internet, I get strange errors because the servers are rejecting my page requests based on the bad clock time I am using.
