I have a Pivot table with Department ID  together with Org Code, User etc.

When I setup a pivot Department ID is displaying only for the first user type and not for the others, they are showing as blanks

How can I get Organization ID and Department code display for all of the records.

    1. Click anywhere in your pivot.
    2. Design Tab > Report Layout > Repeat All Item Labels (This will repeat item labels for all items)

    1. If you want to repeat only for selective item labels -

3.1 Right click on that item label.

    3.2 Choose Field Settings

3.3 Layout and Prints > Repeat Item Labels

Hi Vijay - This is working fine when I do not apply sort order - when I say sort by Dept (A-Z) the value is displayed only once. Probably I am doing something silly.

Sorting will not cause this problem which you are describing.

    How are you performing sort?
