    I don't know what "Keystone" is, but I'd be contacting them (or the developers of the Pre-Processor program) for support since it is their software that is causing you problems.

    Sadly, this is not an MS Access database issue, so this forum is not the right place to find the support you seek.

    Installing Keystone 7-2 setup Application that requires that I run the Pre-Processor application before I can  install the main application.

    This forum is for discussing MS Access database issues.

    If your problem relates to the above, then could you please provide more information.  How exactly are you "trying to run MTD Pre-processor program"?  What command are you using?  How are you initializing it?  Tell us more, as much as you can.

    I binged for "shellexecuteex failed code 1155" and got several promising leads. Did you follow any of those?

    If they did not fix the problem, you need to be much more specific.
