Excel App won't open

Question

Hello,

Yesterday, I opened my excel app on my iPad and it worked fine. I moved on to other items and when I went back to use it again later, I couldn't get the page to load. The same thing happened with my Word App. I thought it just might be a glitch and tried again today but the same thing happened. I don't use graphics and the spreadsheets I've used with charts I have deleted. My spreadsheets are fairly simple but I want them back! How do I fix this?

Let us reset the Word and Excel Apps on iPad following steps mentioned below and then verify the results.

1. Ensure all Office Apps are closed.
2. Go to Settings and select Word or Excel.
3. Now scroll down and click on Reset Word or Excel.
