Server Error / in application while working with MS Excel files

I have been using two excel files protected with Information Rights Management feature since long time and no issue occurred so far. Since November 28 2015, suddenly Certification server could not able to authenticate my Microsoft account and is throwing error and is asking me to run the IRM configuration wizard again.. No luck even after running many times and at the same time... while logging into the Microsoft live account, I had made few personal changes to my profile.

Later started receiving error differently like Server Error / in application stating that login is from Untrusted source. Ofcourse I had tried to open my IRM protected files from a different desktop and does all that created any problem.

Can somebody help or advise me on this as I have to update those two excel files on daily basis.. I am using excel 2013 for opening the file

Best Regards

Kesav
