Default Dictionary in OneNote

The default dictionary is US spelling so COLOUR shows as incorrect (red wavy line). I can't work out how to make UK (actually AUS) the default language for proofing. Where should I be looking?

That gave me some ideas but didn't help me. I live in Australia and I have always used the DVORAK keyboard layout when typing. There is only the US version, so is that why the spell checker for OneNote always defaults to US spellings? Is there some way that I can get my spell checker to work in AUSTRALIAN English even while choosing the DVORAK keyboard layout?
