Company Branding

Hi,

I want to update company branding across MS estate, I have user Admin but it suggests I require Global Admin. is there a way of updating company branding without having global admin level.

I see Organizational Branding Administrator role in Roles and Administrators so I assume (or hope) the answer has changed since 2021. The role description says "Manage all aspects of organizational branding in a tenant."

However, I have that role but it does not enable the save buttons so I cannot make changes.

Is that role supposed to work for Branding editing? If not, what is the purpose?
