I have a drop cap in a Publisher 2010 document that I want to delete. Help doesn't help me; I'm hoping you can. Thank you.

You don't delete it, you "unformat" it. Select the drop cap, click on Text Box Tools>Drop Cap and choose the very first option, which is no drop cap. Your text will revert to normal.
