Move Up button

I know there is a "move up" button in my powerpoint and word on my office PC.  But on my Microsoft Word for Apple, I can't seem to find the command Move Up or Move Down.  Does anyone know where it is?

From the View menu choose Outline.

The move up and move down arrows are on the Outlining tab of the Ribbon

    It would help to have some idea what it is that you're trying to "Move Up or Move Down".
