"Unable to Read File" error in Excel 365

Hi,

I have been having a problem when exporting a file to Excel from the Microsoft CRM product, which gives me an "Unable to Read File" error but ONLY when trying to open an additional export file while one is already open.

I export data from our CRM program regularly, sometimes of multiple files in a row. However since I have been getting this error, I have to close Excel after every export instead of being able to just leave it open and have numerous export files up simultaneously. Anytime I try to export a second file while I already have the first one open, I get this "Unable to Read File" error.  However, I can open the first file just fine.  They are both the same exact format (.xls) so I don't believe that to be the issue.

I have already ran the Repair file wizard to no avail. Any additional help would be appreciated.

Also, upon exporting, as soon as Excel opens I receive this error:

I click Yes and then the file opens...as long as it's the first one - if one is already open, then I receive this error, which is the one I am posting this message about:

I wonder if this is Excel trying (over trying?) to prevent you opening a file from an unknown source.

In File Manager, right click the file, open Properties and click the Unblock button

    best wishes

Thank you, Bernard, but it only happens when I open the file directly from the export, rather than saving it first. If I save it first, I don't have this problem. I just don't want to save every single export I do because I do many of them in a day and it gets to be a nuisance, clogging up my storage folders.
