Insert Live value from web into Excel

Hi,

I want to insert live values from the web into a spreadsheet, so that each time i open up the spreadsheet, it goes online and looks up those values and updates them. For example Exchange rates. Is this possible?

I deleted Arshad's answer because he sent you to a web page about an entirely different feature from the one you asked about.

The feature you need is called Web Query. This article explains how to make one:
