1.Are you capable to locally login or in console mode to access the Server 2019, will the black screen issue persisted?
2.If it only occurs in remote connection, when did the black screen occur? Before or after typing the username and password?
3.Any changes made before users got into this problem?
4.Please go and check if any driver related errors or warnings under device management.
