I've updated to windows 10 and using Microsoft  office 2007. Every since my update I'm not able to print any Microsoft documents, error message in printer  status box stays in the "idle mode" and does not print. however I can print from the internet and emails with out difficulty.

Does anyone know how to fix it. I've called HP and they uninstalled the printer drivers and trouble shoot for about 3 hours and problem exits. thank you

Presumably you can print using WordPad/NotePad?

    Have you repaired Office 2007?

    If in explorer>Documents you select a doc>rt click>Print........what then?

Use Windows System Restore to restore your system to the state that it was in prior to your installing the proof reading app.
