Can't Add Access App

i want to add an access app to my site. when i try to add an app i get the message: 

sorry, something went wrong

sorry, access apps are disabled by your sharepoint online administrator. please contact your administrator to enable access apps.

i am the administrator and i believe access apps are enabled -- i have enabled the site feature (for kicks i disabled and re-enabled it)

help?

hi david,

please go to sharepoint admin center > settings > access apps, and make sure you have selected enable access apps.

if the issue persists, feel free to post back.
