Collecting Data Via Email

I upgraded from Access 2007 to 2016. Access 2007 provides a way to collect data by emailing a form to recipients using Outlook.  The recipient would complete the form and email it back. Upon return the completed form would automatically update the targeted table. I can't find that option in 2016.  All emails seem to be an attachment.  Can someone help?  Thanks.
