Whenever I try to log in to Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc it asks for my username and password. I enter this, as I have always done but I am now getting an error message saying:
"Sorry, we ran into a problem while trying to install the product key. If this keeps happening, you should try repairing your office product. (System Error: 0xe06d7363)".
I have tried turning the laptop off and on again but I still get this message.
Any suggestions??
