Exploding Pie Chart

I have been trying to get a pie chart that has 2 values to explode 1 value into another pie chart showing 4 slices. Each slice would be showing percentages

So far I have not been able to get it to work. I looked at http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/pub0009/lpmarticle.asp?id=471   But the page would not load.

These are the values I am using

The big pie chart is made up of 2 values East and West.

West would be exploded out to show a smaller pie chart made up of Product 1, Product 2, Product 3, and product 4.

East 7348
West 3261
Product 1 1837
Product2 1837
Product 3 1837
Product 4 1837

Any help would be appreciated

    Hello,

I think you have a typo and East is made up of the four products, not West. Copy the West data down one row, then select West and the four products including labels and numbers and insert a Pie of Pie chart. Format the data series. Set the "Split by" field to "Position" and let it use 4 data points.

    See screenshot.

    Hi,

If the 4 products have to roll into West, then shouldn't the revenue for the four products add up to get the West revenue?
