Auto-populate fields through a word document

Hi All:

So I have a report template I have created. Through the report various times I have three different fields with names in it that I would like to have auto-populate over and over so that I just have to type each name one time. Is this possible? Right now I am having to copy the name and paste it over and over, and it is not very efficient. Thank you!
