Access Database

I am looking for an Access database that I can use to track Employee Leave of Absence such as:

Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Stat Holidays, Lieu Time Off, Time Off Earned at Time @ 1/2 and Time off earned at regular time.

I also want to track Sick leave that is earned at 12hrs a month.

The database must be able to calculate the ongoing balance in each category.

Does Microsoft have a sample database of this type ready to go.

I have designed one in Excel and it works great.  I would love to have one in Access. This would allow a number of valuable report to be created form the stats.

Hope you can help

While Access templates are good illustrations, they are not meant as turnkey applications. You will almost definitely have to modify anything that exists. Personally I prefer to build from scratch.

You will need an employees table, a Leaves table and Leave types table. as a starting point.
